Unlike larger coworking offices, Dash Spaces offers a simple setup: comfortable desks, reliable Wi-Fi, and a calm environment without long-term commitments.
What is Hot Desking?
Hot desking is where desks are not permanently assigned to any individual. Instead, users can drop in and use any available desk on a first-come, first-served basis, or pre-book one. Unlike traditional offices, where each person may have a fixed workstation, hot desking emphasises flexibility, shared space, and fluid use.
In short:
You don’t claim the same physical desk every day.
You book or arrive and choose an available desk.
You often pay for usage (day pass, multi-day pass, membership) rather than leasing a dedicated station.

How Much Does It Cost to Use a Coworking Space?
At Dash Spaces, you’ve got options available to suit you:
Day Pass: £10 per day
5-Day Pass: £45 (save £5)
10-Day Pass: £90 (One day free)
At Dash Spaces, there are no memberships. No need to be tied into things long term, just as and when you need a desk.
Can I Use the Space Just for One Day?
Absolutely!
Day passes are just £10 per day. If you need the space, we’ve got it available.
What’s Included in the Price?
At Dash Spaces, your £10 gets you access to a desk for the day, unlimited drinks, free parking, super-fast Wi-Fi, all in an inspiring riverside setting.
Do You Have a Meeting Space Available?
Yes, we offer a small private meeting space that can sit up to 4 people.
The meeting space can be booked by the hour and includes access to a 42” 4K TV with Apple TV and HDMI connectivity.
Do You Offer Printing Services?
At Dash Spaces, we offer A4 and A3 printing services on-site and can include binding.
Can I Take Phone or Video Calls in a Coworking Space?
Taking phone or video calls at Dash Spaces is completely fine. We only ask that you use headphones out of respect for fellow hot deskers around you.
Can I Go Out to Lunch and Leave My Belongings?
Absolutely, many of our hot-deskers choose to do this. There is always someone in the office, and the office is equipped with security cameras for peace of mind.
Can I Bring My Own Food?
You’re welcome to bring food and store it in our kitchen’s fridge. Please be aware that we do not have a microwave on-site, however.
Do I Need to Book in Advance?
Yes, you must book in advance via our website.
What are Your Opening Hours?
Dash Spaces is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Is Parking Available?
Free parking is available on-site.

Yes. Dash Spaces includes access to a professional podcast studio setup.
Do I Need My Own Equipment?
No. The studio is equipped with professional gear, so you can record high-quality audio without setting up your own space.

Yes. Whether you’re starting your first podcast or recording regularly, the setup is designed to be easy to use.
